F.A.Q.’s
WHEN DOES THE COMMUNITY GATHER?
We gather together every Sunday at 9:30am at 524 Carrington St. Waupun, WI 53963. Services are about 70 minutes.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Parking is located on the east side of the church facility off Carrington St. between E. Lincoln St. and Park Ave.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Whether you’re most comfortable wearing a suit or shorts, you’ll find it at Trinity. We’re pretty laid back and casual — so come as you are!

WHAT IS THE WORSHIP AND TEACHING LIKE?
Trinity uses a mixed style of worship music. We try not to get hung up on “contemporary” vs. “traditional” music, but instead strive to use music that is relevant, honoring to the Lord, engages the community, and is done with a desire for excellence. The teaching style is theologically rich yet relatable. It impacts the hearers and promotes life change in practical ways. We also strive to create discussion and engagement during our time together so it’s not just a guy talking up front.

DO YOU HAVE ANY CHILDREN’S PROGRAMMING?
Absolutely! During our Sunday Gatherings, children ages birth-5th grade are encouraged to be a part of Children’s Church. Each age appropriate classroom is led by members who are excited to teach your children about Jesus in a way that is fun and engaging, and at a level that they can understand. You can find more information on the “Children” page located under the “Connect” tab.

HOW DO YOU MINISTER TO TEENAGERS?
We believe strongly in multi-generational ministry, therefore we encourage middle and high school students not only to worship with their families, but to take an active role in both leadership and serving the community. Therefore, you will find people off all ages serving and worshipping together at Trinity. Yet, we also understand that having a place to wrestle with one’s faith and life are essential to growth, so we offer opportunities for teens to develop healthy peer relationships through our Student Ministry that meets every week. You can find more information on the “Students” page located under the “Connect” tab.

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
We believe that every person was created with unique talents that God wants us to use to expand His Kingdom. So please know Trinity isn’t a place to just attend, it is a community to partner with and truly make a difference in the lives of others. We have opportunities to serve in the following areas: Children’s, Students, Worship/Music, Sound/AV, Outreach, Hospitality, Prayer Partners, and additional opportunities to teach and lead. If you are interested in getting plugged in please email: office@trcwaupun.com or call: 920-324-2400. Check out the “Serving” page under the “Connect” tab for more information.
Don’t know what your gift is? We have a tool that might help you discern how you are naturally wired. Take the “Spiritual Gifts Test” located under the “Connect” tab. Once you have taken the test you’ll see your results immediately displayed at the bottom. If you fill out your contact info, we will put you in touch with a leader at Trinity who can help you plug-in to an area that you’re passionate and gifted in.

HOW DO I JOIN AS A MEMBER?
Joining a church is a big deal. It’s moving from “I’ve been attending,” to “this is my church family.” We take that serious, and we hope that you do too. We host membership classes twice a year (Spring and Fall). If you are interested in learning more or becoming a member please contact our pastor at: pastor@trcwaupun.com to get signed up for the next membership class.

WHAT ARE SACRAMENTS, AND WHY DOES THE CHURCH CELEBRATE THEM?
Sacraments are tangible symbols of God’s grace being extended through Jesus Christ. At Trinity we celebrate Communion (also referred to as The Lord’s Supper), and Baptism.
Communion is celebrated once per month (and on special occasions), and is a time of remembering the sacrifice that Jesus paid to save us from our sins. We do this by eating bread and drinking juice. The bread represents Christ’s body and the juice His blood. When we eat the bread and drink that juice, what we’re doing is acknowledging that Christ’s body was broken and His blood spilled on the cross to save us. We don’t believe that the bread or juice are supernatural, but rather reminders of the ultimate price Jesus paid for us.
Baptism is a sign of God’s grace washing away our sins. While we believe that we are saved by grace through faith, baptism is a sign that we are trusting in Christ’s ability to cleanse us of our sin. Baptism symbolizes that just as water washes away dirt, Jesus’s blood washes away our sin. If you would like information about baptism please email: pastor@trcwaupun.com or call: 920-324-2400.
